Urbanex is a company that is growing faster than they had employees to serve the demand. We attempted to solve this through this spot.  
The company has locations all around the U.S. (Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia...) however we shot this spot in Nashville, TN. 

This required us to fly out key players to Nashville to for interviews and BROLL. 
The video was posted along with job listings on indeed and other job listing websites. 
It also served as a line in the sand to establish culture for current and future employees.
