Harper Collins was releasing a new bible that was geared toward 8-12 year old boys. 
They had already done some initial marketing material showcasing the bible features (fun animations, study aids…) but wanted to do something that really showed the “why” behind the product. 
Immediately we were drawn to the title of the book and how it is a metaphor for being spiritually protected and armed and ran with that idea. 
Along with showcasing the youth using the product, we also wanted to include the parent relationship. This hit the target demographic and helped the buyer see themselves/their child in the story.
